I provide project-based quotes after understanding your scope, materials needed, and site conditions. As a solo operation, my overhead is lower than a full IT firm — that savings gets passed to you. You'll get a clear, itemized quote before any work begins.

I work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. I typically reply to inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent network outages, contact me by phone and I'll respond as quickly as possible.

I start with a site survey or remote call to understand your existing infrastructure and goals. Video is helpful but not required — phone works fine for most initial discussions. I'll document everything and provide a clear scope before starting work.

Yes — floor plans, existing rack photos, and ISP handoff information are all helpful. The more context I have before our first conversation, the more productive it will be. You can include these as attachments in the contact form or email them directly.

Never send passwords, credentials, or sensitive network information via email or the contact form. I'll coordinate a secure method for sharing sensitive details during your appointment.

All labor and installation workmanship is guaranteed. This covers cable runs, terminations, rack builds, and configuration I perform directly. It does not cover hardware failure, manufacturer defects, ISP outages, or damage caused by third parties.

For urgent outages, call me directly — I prioritize getting you back online. If I'm on another job or unreachable, leave a voicemail with the urgency level and I'll respond as quickly as possible. For planned projects, I'll schedule around your timeline.
