I started Advictius after years in enterprise IT infrastructure — building and managing networks for businesses that couldn't afford to get it wrong. Along the way, I realized the small businesses I worked with deserved the same quality of work, but often couldn't get it from larger firms that treated them as afterthoughts.
Going independent means I can focus on doing the work right, every time. No subcontracted crews, no hand-offs to junior techs. Every cable run, every rack build, every VLAN configuration is something I do personally — because that's the only way I can guarantee the quality I'd want in my own business.
I'm self-trained on the equipment I use — Cisco, Ubiquiti/UniFi, and others. Every job is tested and documented at project close, so you have a complete record of your infrastructure.
